The Medical Unit consists of a strong team of engaged staff who value shared decision making and achieving a work/life balance. The successful candidate will continue to foster teamwork and collaboration amongst team members and will have strong organizational and relationship building skills.
Department/Unit Summary :
The Medicine Unit in coordination with a multi- disciplinary team specializes in the treatment of adult general acute care patients. The unit is comprised of 14 private beds. Nursing staff work closely with medicine providers to lead the unit in order to exceed enterprise metrics in quality and safety as well as financial goals.
