The Receptionist I receive visitors to department and direct them to appropriate personnel, answer phone calls and refer calls to appropriate personnel while taking messages and paging employees as necessary and provides answers to routine inquiries. The Receptionist I may perform light administrative duties including scheduling meetings, typing correspondence, memos, and reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, have the ability to multi-task and have a professional image.
