Under the direction of the SBHC Director, the Administrative Assistant performs a variety of duties related to maintaining the functions of the health centers; expedites interdepartmental correspondence re: ordering and distributing supplies, medications, and vaccines, equipment, materials, and delivers these items to the health centers.
Per the Department Scope of Practice, this position requires providing operational / technical assistance in daily operations to Health Centers staff in a manner that demonstrates as understanding of the functional / developmental age of the individuals served. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.
