Looking for someone available to cover shifts Monday â“ Friday 7:30am-11:00pm
You Will Be Responsible For:
Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing. Creates documents, prepares correspondence, and produces copies. Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents. Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks and objectives. Adhering to all organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Effective time management and organizational skills Ability to display professional interactions with all levels of internal and external customers Excellent verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of related experience Associateâ™s Degree preferred 2 years related experience preferred
Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the department manager or assistant director, this position provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of some independent judgement and a priority in handling confidential information. Role may handle multiple projects of a limited scope.
