Responsible for mail-sorting, mail delivery and documentation scanning. Works with office staff related to scanning and sorting collector mail and cashier mail. Works with other offices to ensure proper distribution of mail (pick-up and delivery). Great team player that is focused and organized and a problem solver. Works with walk-in customers, external customers and handles mail, mail charging and mail route updates.
High School/GED Required
Minimum Work Experience
Hospital billing and collection experience preferred.

Comfortable with PC, File downloads and balancing of receipts.
Accuracy is key to proper follow up by collection staff.
