Estimates time to complete tasks and regularly tracks actual time against estimates.
Provides the PE Managers and Directors with written status reports, issues and overall status of the projects assigned.
Leads and participates in special projects.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years related auditing experience. This 5 year is in lieu of the degree and would be in addition to the other experience
3 or more years of auditing experience.
2 or more years of experience as a manager
Computer knowledge of Microsoft software, Power Point, EMR applications, coding software
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
CPC, CCS-P, CPMA
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Substantial knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding, and 1995 and 1997 documentation guidelines, along with modifiers for outpatient and inpatient procedures.
Substantial knowledge of NCCI, MU, MUE edits and bundling guidelines.
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively operate equipment such as PC, web and/or teleconference.
The Physician Enterprise Coding Integrity Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and validating auditor productivity and accuracy related to annual provider audits, audits associated with the Corporate Monitoring and Auditing Plan, pre-bill audits, and quality assurance audits of coders and auditors.
