Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst Lead Reimbursement provides policy driven guidance on reimbursement issues that drive strategies to maximize reimbursement to Geisinger Clinic and sub-entities as well as for other special projects requiring reimbursement impacts. This is accomplished by maintaining current knowledge of Federal and State regulatory updates as well as third-party payor updates. Maintains technical expertise with Medicare and Medical Assistance Physician and Professional reimbursement regulations. Assists in the coordination of timely and accurate submission of all financial and statistical reports required by all third -party payors and governmental agencies.
