The role you’ll contribute: The Practice Manager – Spine Health Institute is responsible for the continual operation of the SHI departments, including the FHMG practice office(s), pain clinic, and specialty services. Manages resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with Hospital and AdventHealth Medical Group guidelines. Coaches, motivates, team builds, mentors, and manages a professional and technical team in the delivery of services for the patient population. Assures quality of care is delivered to the patients with a focus on the patient experience and effective stewardship of scarce resources. Change agent for the SHI departments, and is responsible for implementing the changes the unit is required to undergo. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Critical Thinking/Technology – Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties. Ensures applicable technology meets the needs of the Practice.

Compliance – Ensures the Practice is compliant with all regulator and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum qualifications:
- Associate degree in Healthcare or Business-related field
- Three years of management experience
- Three years of prior experience in healthcare related fieldâ‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹
- â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹Preferred qualifications:
- â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹â‹Practice Management Institute Certified Office Manager designation
- Current valid State of Florida license as a General Radiographer
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) (R) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
