The role you’ll contribute:
Above all is a patient advocate with excellent customer service skills. Promotes positive team culture and team work.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Entering Charges and Payments, taking copays and cash, check and credit card payments and verifying eligibility
Completing medical record requests
Checking that reappointments have been scheduled by Clinical staff
Embrace and embody the mission, vision, values, and strategic plan of FMC
Responds professionally and effectively to questions from external sources (patients & health plan reps), & internal sources (providers & clinic staff)
Exhibits excellent customer service
Works smart with a sense of urgency
Is accessible and responsible to Patients, Providers, Owners, Directors, Team Leaders and Staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
2 years of medical office experience preferred
