Manager, Coding and Compliance

The Manager of Coding and Compliance oversees and is responsible for the day-to-day coding, auditing and billing compliance activities related to accounts receivable and billing services throughout the Goshen Physician network. Is also responsible for overseeing proper coding processes for claims. This includes coding, monitoring, training and ongoing risk assessments for billing compliance. In conjunction with the CPO Manager, coordinates with the Director of Patient Financial Services all activities related to the Central Processing Office personnel and the duties related to their job and performance.
