Atlantic Health system is seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant in the Peri-natal Diagnostic Testing Center at Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ.
Ideal candidate will spend 2 days/week at Morristown Medical Center and one at Chilton Medical Center.
Cross coverage and travel to other sites will be needed.
Candidate will be scheduling and registering patients as well.
Maternal Fetal Medicine is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team.
We are a busy practice with 5 locations.
This position will primarily be for our Chilton office; however, some required travel to our hub in Morristown.
The admin will be responsible for managing phones, greeting patients, managing patient flow, utilizing our electronic medical record as well as Microsoft 365, scanning and faxing as necessary and covering as needed.
The admin will cover the front office as well as help in our Call Center in Morristown as needed.
HS diploma or equivalent required
Physician office experience, knowledge of a EMR system (EPIC) preferred but not required.
Scheduling flexibility is needed.
Excellent customer service skills, ability to exercise discretion and ensures patient privacy a must.
