Atlantic Health System is seeking a full time Accounts Payable Representative to work in the corporate office at 475 South Street, Morristown. Shift to be determined.
Opening and sorting incoming mail;
Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs (Anydoc, OnBase, Allscripts, Bottomline);
Scanning and verifying invoices thru AnyDoc Software
Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors;
Batching and scanning utility invoices;
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors;
Managing vendor master listing;
Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental policies/procedures;
Processing invoices due for payments;
Verifying and reconciling cash requirements;
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges;
Trouble-shooting discrepancies with Purchasing Dept, and Third-party vendors;
Prepare check voids with supporting documentation, and documenting reasons
verifying 1099s, works in two systems(On base/Allscripts),troubleshoots purchase order invoices, reconcile statements, verify weekly cash requirement, review over 30k checks for signature, preparing check voids, works with strategic sourcing, vendors and various depts. thru out AHS on various accounts
College degree or accounts payable experience.
High School Degree Required
1 to 3 years accounts payable experience preferred
