Atlantic Health System is seeking a per-diem Patient Financial Srv Rep. for PFS Customer Service to cover evening shifts from 3PM to 8PM. This position is located in Morris Plains, NJ.
Answer inbound calls for all billing inquiries for all AHS facilities.
Ensure insurance information is entered properly on accounts, process credit card payments, complete customer service forms for various customer service requests; ex: refunds, medical records, time payments and follow up.
Complete weekly backlog/scanning and applying documentation, work well in a team environment, must maintain up to date knowledge with department policies and procedures by attending monthly meetings and trainings.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills and articulate in a clear and concise manner
Must maintain high quality standards (timely and accurate processing of information) and positive employee relations
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other various Microsoft applications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associate Degree preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Previous experience in the field is a plus
