Atlantic Health System is seeking two Per Diem Medical Office Associate for the Registrar Corporate Health Clinics and Events.
The Administrative Assistant/Front-End Registrar will work under the direction Manager, Corporate Health and in conjunction, under the supervision Assistant Manager, Corporate Health.
Must be available to travel as meeded to offices in Morris County.

Will adhere to the Aidet® communication framework (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You) for all internal and external customer interactions
Competent in all areas of EPIC (registration, scheduling, and billing information)
Ensure that all patients have accurate registrations in EPIC
Direct patients to appropriate hospital or billing office personnel for billing issues
Communications: Communicate with team members on all pertinent issues
High school Diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in all aspects of EPIC
Excellent computer skills including word, Excel
Excellent telephone skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must exhibit a high level of customer service and client responsiveness.
CPR for Health Care Provider certification.
