About the role: The role of the Program Manager, Pharmacy Data and Pricing is to serve as the strategic Subject Matter Expert for data analytics to the pharmacy team related to client reporting, billing, finance, and operational reporting. This role will provide strategic oversight to the utilization of pharmacy financial and operational data in collaboration with the Business Intelligence (BI) Team for the development of dashboards and reporting for the finance and pharmacy teams.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for developing and documenting business rules, business terminology, and requirements for pharmacy finance and operational reports and dashboards.
Serve as subject matter expert for pharmacy leadership financial and operational dashboard/reporting design, development, and optimization.
Serve as pharmacy analytics liaison to the Business Intelligence (BI) Team for matters related to analytics and reporting.
Understand and derive insights from complex pharmacy data sets (financial, clinical, and operational) for strategic and business planning purposes.
Serve as an internal consultant to pharmacy team related to analytics initiatives and enhancement.
Perform deep dives into available data to drive strategies for influencing clients.
May require other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
MBA with emphasis in Data Analytics preferred or equivalent work experience and education
5 years’ experience working with pharmacy claims
5 Years’ Experience in data analysis and data visualization
Experience in writing queries in Microsoft SQL Analyzer
Pharmacy pricing experience
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge of relational databases
Knowledge of pharmacy claims and PBM pricing

For individuals living in Colorado and New York City only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated Colorado and New York City compensation is $105,000 - $117,000. Please note, this is a general guideline and your experience qualifications, geographic location, and other factors will be taken into consideration.
