Position Information: The Administrative Assistant for Rehab Administration performs office operational duties under minimal supervision. These include processing and disseminating information, arranging meetings/conferences, data entry, maintenance of files, maintenance of supplies and equipment, typing, mail handling, timekeeping activities and preparation of a variety of reports and sensitive correspondence. Provides critical support and organization to facilitate smooth operation of Rehab Administration and other Rehab departments as assigned. Uses computer systems such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and other specialty programs. Provides administrative support to Executive Director, Director, and Managers as assigned.
Experience Requirements: 1 Year Administrative Required - And 5 Years Administrative Preferred - And 1 Year Healthcare Preferred
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Not Applicable
