Small Northern California community 1.5 hours north of Sacramento. 2.9M production in 2022.

Private practice x 10 years at one office (4 days per week); additional practice added x 3 years (1-2 days per week). Practice distributed to 1/3 Perio Dz treatment, 1/3 soft-tissue grafting treatment, and 1/3 implant placement. 1 full-time hygienist on staff, 5 ancillary staff. 2 surgery suites, 2 exam rooms, 1 hygiene Tx room. Digital records system. CBCS on site.
