Patient Financial Services Department located at Avenue North is looking for a full time Staff Assistant to provide support of Soarian Financials for all Revenue Cycle staff and management by maintaining the Soarian Master files

The responsibilities of the Staff Assistant will include;

Troubleshoots Soarian Financials reported issues and works to resolve them with vendors, their team and management.

Receives and open change requests to Soarian Financials and evaluates the request to implement through established policy and procedures.

Maintains Soarian Financials Master files accurately and efficiently based on Policy and Procedure.

Assist in process development to improve billing teams efficiencies by utilizing Soarian Financials fully.

Provide support to and training of staff for all systems; develops training materials as appropriate.

Subject matter expert on the assigned Master files.

Maintain knowledge levels by researching documentation from the Soarian Financial vendor and other resources as available and needed.

Accurately and efficiently performs assigned work and high-level processes

Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established departmental safety rules and practices; reports to supervisor, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.

Performs other related duties as the need arises.

Office Hours:

• Day Shift

Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.

Two years' experience in Patient Financial Services area including hospital and physician reimbursement understanding.

Solid understanding of Soarian Financials preferred.
