SALARY:
$16.44 - $20.52+ per hour. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Primary Purpose
Provide full-time, on-site administrative support to the department faculty at the RVU-MCOM campus in Billings, Montana.
Essential Job Functions
Assist faculty with their planning and execution of curricular activities including labs, lectures, quizzes, exams, and small group activities.
Coordinate student lab group assignments.
Assists Department Chair with calendar and departmental organization
Creates course modules for Clinical Sciences department
Track student attendance.
Coordinate adjunct faculty teaching assignments and submit timecards.
Order and receive supplies for the department, including submission of requisitions.
Schedule departmental meetings and organizing other departmental events as assigned.
Assist faculty in organizing work-related travel and reimbursement requests.
Serve as the support staff and record keeper to assigned committees including scheduling, attending, and taking minutes.
Provide individualized student support
Performs general office support duties including maintaining electronic and paper files, answering phones, completing reports, creating correspondence, proofreading, maintaining office equipment, and overall departmental organization
Other duties as assigned by the Chair of the Department of Clinical Sciences or his/her designee.

Assist administration, faculty, and staff in special projects as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience working in an administrative support role or in similar roles performing support functions and detail-oriented tasks
Experience working in various software programs
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certificates or college degree (associates or other advanced degree).
Advanced level of computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Professional background or experience in education.
Knowledge of scientific and medical terminology.
