Atlantic Health System is seeking a FULL-TIME Senior Administrative Assistant for the Med Services Administration at Morristown Medical Center.
Provide professional executive-level administrative support to the CMO Office
Participate in meetings for purpose of follow up and further coordination under guidance of CMO at appropriate job level
Coordinate meeting logistics. Gather and prepare necessary supporting documents, materials
Support Medical Staff Officers and cross cover CMO Office administratively
Attend Medical Staff meetings, records the minutes of proceedings
Interact on the office's behalf with senior-level leadership, physicians, employees, leadership of affiliated hospitals, and external organizations/vendors
provide general administrative support including handling mail, answering phones for Medical Staff and CMO Office
Assist Department Chairs with updating Department Rules and Regulations, assist with updating Bylaws, Log medical staff dues payments.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced environment
Additional projects and duties as requested by CMO
High School Degree Required. Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of related work experience, supporting executive level staff
Proficiency in multiple software packages, including suite of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.)
