DescriptionRegistration Integrity Specialists are critical to patients of Watertown Regional Medical Center as they ensure the patient’s safety both physically and financially.The Registration Integrity Front Desk Specialist is responsible for providing a variety of order entry, Pre-registration, registration, cost estimates, and basic financial counseling to our patients. They will do this while working with patients and clinics directly over the phone in real time. Registration Integrity Specialists will pre-register accounts by verifying all demographic and insurance information.This position will also enter orders as needed and identify errors in order entry to ensure patient safety. They will then proceed to prepare demographic and consent forms
