Overview Atlantic Health System, part of Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate for Primary Care at Red Bank location.Responsibilities Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Performs general receptionist, registration, and billing duties in physician office setting.Knows and greet guests by name in person and when responding to phone calls and voice-mailsMonitor phones, register clients, schedules appointments, performs guest check-ins and check-outs, coordinates client appointments and handles complex scheduling needsProficiently completes registration and check-in for appointments including insurance verification, copay collection and completing of necessary intake forms and documentation.
