Obtains all authorizations, pre-certifications and referral specifics and update accounts. Customer Service and phone etiquette. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma, or GED; Associates degree or 2 years of college preferred.Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive customer service experience or 2 years of hospital /physician office/insurance related; collector, registrar, or customer service related capacity preferred.
