We’re seeking a self-motivated, service-oriented, results-driven individual with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Health Care or other related field required or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Medicare or Managed Care environment managing enrollment, claims, premium billing or encounters project is required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with CMS processes in a Medicare or Managed Care environment required
• Project Management Professional certification is a plus
• Experience managing vendors to contractual requirements
• Knowledge of the health care model, capitation, and other managed care IPA and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze/organize complex federal and private insurance regulations
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Strong critical thinking, problem identification, resolution, and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt operational procedures to changing operational needs
• Ability to identify and implement methods and systems to improve efficiency
