DescriptionAs a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for patients scheduling, admissions, and therapeutic procedures: obtaining insurance authorizations, answer, screen and respond to incoming calls, prepare all documentation, charts, encountering and other information needed for physician clinics, schedule patient needed appointments, x-rays, surgery, and tests. Prepare all necessary documents and forward to appropriate departments including insurance authorizations, charge documents and reconciliations and disability and worker’s compensation forms. Explain charges to patients and assist patients with billing questions, commu
