Job Summary: Office Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties that support the administrative director, manager, physicians and advanced practice providers of the Department of Anesthesiology Responsibilities: Coordinate and/or arrange meetings, conference calls, travel schedule and schedule interviews. Manage communication and correspondence as well as greeting visitors and maintaining office supplies for the department. Maintain calendars and meetings for senior leadership in the department as needed to create a manageable schedule. Work with all internal departments to facilitate smooth flow of information. P
