Billing Facilitator
Job Summary: The Billing Facilitator is responsible for responding to all billing issues. Responding to patient inquiries, and provider requests for corrections. Works with payers, patients, collection agencies, compliance, and billing vendors to ensure correct and timely physician billing. Responsibilities: Deals directly with patients to resolve non-routine billing issues. Serves as the initial contact for billing vendor in the resolution of billing issues that are beyond the vendor's scope of services.
