Specialist-Patient Accounts - Indianapolis
Overview We are searching for individuals who are compassionate, serve with a purpose, and are dedicated to supporting our customers and their team. As a part of our team, this position continuously provides the best care and service to not only our patients, but our customers, colleagues, and the communities that we serve. Performs a number of functions related to accounts receivable such as claims processing and payment collection. May assist patients with questions about and problems with their accounts. May contact third-party payers regarding claims, update account information and provide administrative tasks on accounts.* Requires high school diploma or equivalent.* Requires working knowledge of payer billing requirements and regulations.*
