Well-established, privately owned pediatric dental practice in Wilsonville is seeking a pediatric dentist (board-certified or board-eligible) to join our growing team.

We are expanding doctor coverage to improve patient access and long-term sustainability. This position is ideal for a pediatric dentist looking for strong demand, clinical autonomy, and a supportive, non-corporate environment.

Position Details

• Start 2–3 consistent weekdays per week
• Opportunity to increase days over time if desired (not required)
• Immediate, full schedule from day one
• Scope includes:
• Hygiene and recall exams
• New patient exams
• Preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry

• Experienced pediatric assistants and support staff

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric dentist
• Confident communicator with parents
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Comfortable practicing independently

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric dentist
• Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Moderate sedation permit in Oregon or actively working toward obtaining one
• Current BLS and PALS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable providing:
• Pediatric exams and diagnosis
• Preventive and restorative pediatric dentistry
• Behavior management and parent communication

• Ability to practice independently and confidently within a team-based environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
