Bring Your Financial Expertise Where It Truly Matters
At Marin Community Clinics, finance isn’t just about numbers — it’s about impact. Founded in 1972, MCC is a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving nearly 40,000 patients each year across Marin County. Our integrated care model spans primary care, dental, behavioral health, specialty, and referral services — all driven by one mission: To promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.
If you’re a seasoned financial leader who thrives in complex environments, values integrity and accountability, and wants your work to directly support community health, this role was built for you.
The Controller is a key member of MCC’s leadership team, reporting directly to the CFO. You’ll own the financial engine of a dynamic, mission-driven organization — leading accounting operations, strengthening systems and controls, and ensuring MCC continues to achieve clean audits, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
