Ambulatory Operations Coord - Neonatology
Position SummaryOur Neonatology outpatient unit is hiring an Ambulatory Operations Coordinator. The position requires strong operational coordination skills, including scheduling, meeting coordination, Outlook/calendar management, and administrative support in a fast-paced ambulatory environment. Candidates should be comfortable supporting multiple providers and clinic locations while maintaining efficient workflows and high customer service standards. Experience with provider credentialing or credentialing support is preferred.Successful candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate leadership and operational needs independently. This position will be focused on supporting the administrative needs of the clinics across the valley. T
