Provides coordination, clerical and administrative support to the health care team on patient care units. Maintains a customer focused approach establishing effective communication between the health care team and the patient, family/significant other. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience. Experience: Additional training or education in the health care/medical terminology field desirable.
