The receptionist must demonstrate positive communication skills, including a pleasant and polite telephone manner. He or she must be patient and enjoy interacting with all ages. Education: High school graduate/GED Experience: Business experience, including cash receipts; able to issue receipts and prepare bank deposits. Basic computer skills (Word, etc.).
